Address: 550 Graceland Ave– 1st Ward Case Number: 17-067-V The petitioner is requesting a Standard Variation under Section 12-3-6(F)a of the 1998 Des Plaines Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to make legal an addition to the west side of the building that has a setback of 0 feet, when a minimum of 5 feet is required. This addition was done at least 25 year ago; approval of a Standard Variation will allow the property owners to make life safety upgrades to the structure.
