Section 12-7-1.C of the 1998 Des Plaines Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to allow an above ground swimming pool in the front yard; and 2.) Section 12-8-2. A of the 1998 Des Plaines Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to allow a 6’ high fence in the front yard, where a maximum of 4’ high fence is permitted.
