the 1998 City of Des Plaines Zoning Ordinance, as amended: (1) to allow a 7'-6" tall monument sign
instead of a maximum height of 5'; (2) to allow a monument sign with an approximately 0 -foot
setback, instead of not less than 5'; and (3) to Section 11.4-7 to allow a monument sign without the
required 3 -feet landscaping requirement at the base of the sign.
