The motion was made by Alderman Pflughaupt and seconded by
Meinshausen to adopt this proposed resolution. The Mayor
put the question, and the roll was called with the following
result: Ayes; Aldermen Ahbe, Carroll, Pflughaupt, Tulle,
Huxmann, Bishop, Frederick, weal, 'Schwanbeck and Lreinshausen.
Nays; bone. The Mayor thereupon declared the motion carried
and the resolution adopted.
FINANCE CO 1I T11h;: Alderman Pflughaupt, chairman fo the
.H'inance Committee stated that he will report at the next
Council Meeting regarding the letter from Paul B..Fischer, attorney
for the bondholders of Special Assessment No.95.
ADJOURNM T: The motion was made by Alderman Fulle and seconded by
Neal to adjourn. .The motion was voted upon by acclamation, whereupon
the Mayor declared the motion carried and the Council regularly
adjourned.

HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THE 15th
DAY OF APRIL,A.D.1935 AT THE HOUR OF 8:00 P.M.
Mayor Kinder called the meeting to orter. The Clerk
called the roll with only Aldermen Pflughaupt, Tulle and Frederick
responding. The Clerk reported only three aldermen present,
whereupon Mayor Kinder declared the meeting adjourned for want
of a quorum, and instructed the Clerk to call a special Council
Meeting for Monday, April 22,1935.

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by Mayor George W.
Kinder presiding, with Aldermen Ahbe, Carroll, Pflughaupt,
Huxmann, Bishop, Frederick, Neal, Schwanbeck andiieinshausen
responding to the roll call. Alderman 'ulle arrived shortly
after the roll call.
