A certain person, or persons, have been using firearms to destroy private property by shoot- ing and killing dogs in the neighborhood of Keeney Ave. between Des Plaines Ave. and White at. This destruction of other people's property, without the permission of the police dept.is a violation. I believe that 1 voice the demands of other citizens of this neighborhood, in asking that steps be taken at once, by the proper officials, to see that this condition be remedied and the guilty person, or persons be apprehended.
