The Mayor being in consultation with the Plan Commission requested City Clerk Henrich to call the meeting to order during his absence, with Aldermen Johnson, Hansen, Vavrinek, Wolf, Kehe, Harm, McKay, and Morava responding to roll call. The motion was then made by Alderman Johnson and seconded by Alderman Morava to appoint Alderman H. Kehe Mayor pro tem. Mayor pro tem Kehe informed the Council Mr. Lucey representing Ressurection Hospital desired to speak regarding the plans for a new hospital. Mr. Lacey said they would like permission for solicitation for money and also a proclamation issued by the Mayor at the time they were prepared to solicitate. Mr. Lucey then introduced Mr. Jon M.
