1. RESOLUTION R-159-25: Rescinding Resolution R-73-25 to Account for Updated Legal Terms and
Approving a Revised 2-Year Agreement for a License Plate Reader System with Flock Group, Inc., Atlanta,
Georgia, at a Cost Not -to -Exceed $65,000.
2. RESOLUTION R-160-25: Approving Reimbursable Tuition Expenses for the Suburban Law Enforcement
Academy at the College of DuPage for 5 Police Recruits in an Amount Not -to -Exceed $25,828.00. Funds to be
Reimbursed by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board (ILETSB) Upon Successful Course
Completion.
3. RESOLUTION R-161-25: Approving the Purchase of Firefighter Personal Protective Equipment and Services

4. RESOLUTION R-162-25: Approving a Side Letter Agreement to the Collective Bargaining Agreement with

5. RESOLUTION R-164-25: Approving an Extension of the Lease Agreements for the Property Located at 620

Geological Survey (USGS) for the Continued Operation and Maintenance of the River Gauge Installed on the
