RESOLUTION R-118-25: Awarding the Bid for the 2025 Des Plaines Parking Structures Maintenance Repairs Contract to Low Bidder J. Gill and Company, Tinley Park, Illinois in the Amount of $285,743.10. Budgeted Funds — City -Owned Parking Fund/R&M Buildings & Structures. 4. RESOLUTION R-119-25: Awarding the Bid for the Public Works Main Garage Window Replacement Contract to Low Bidder D. RESOLUTION R-120-25: Approving a Second Renewal Term of the Sidewalk Snow Removal Services Contract with Snow Systems, Wheeling, Illinois in the Amount of 2025 Budgeted Remaining Amount of $24,950 and the 2026 Requested Budget Amount of $85,000. Budgeted Funds — Street Maintenance/Miscellaneous Contractual Services. 6. RESOLUTION R-121-25: Approving the First Renewal for 2025/2026 Contractual Snow Plowing with Langton Snow Solutions, Woodstock, Illinois and DGO Premium Services, Des Plaines, Illinois in the 2025 Budgeted Remaining Amount of $93,661.11 and the 2026 Requested Budget Amount of $125,000.
