1. RESOLUTION R-73-25: Waiving Bidding Procedures and Approving a Two -Year Agreement with the Flock
Group, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, for the Continuation of Services Related to the Flock Group License Plate Reader
System in an Amount Not -to -Exceed $65,000.00.
2. RESOLUTION R-74-25: Approving a Four -Year (2025-2028) Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Des
Plaines Firefighters Union — International Association of Fire Fighters Local 4211
3. RESOLUTION R-75-25: Waiving the Competitive Bidding Procedure and Approving in the Best Interest of
the City the Purchase of Phase II Furniture Replacement for the Police Department per Omnia Pricing from
Hendricksen & Company, Inc., Itasca, Illinois in the Amount of $547,768.13. Budgeted Funds — Facilities &
Grounds Maintenance Fund and Asset Forfeiture Fund with Partial Reimbursement Upon Approval from a
Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Grant.
4. RESOLUTION R-76-25: Approving Change Order #1 for the Des Plaines Library Re -Roof Contract to L.
Marshall, Inc., Glenview, Illinois in the Amount of $140,050. Budgeted Funds — Facilities Replacement.
5. RESOLUTION R-77-25: Approving a Contribution to the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth's 1501h
Anniversary Float in an Amount Not -to -Exceed $5,000.
6. RESOLUTION R-78-25: Approving the Purchase of Two Braun Ambulance Upfits Through HGAC Contract
#AM10-25 from North Central Emergency Vehicles, Inc., Plainfield, Illinois in the Amount of $836,044.
