RESOLUTION R-41-25: Awarding the Bid for 2025-2027 Streetlight Maintenance, Repair, and Location of Underground Wiring to H&H Electric, Franklin Park, IL in the Amount of $85,000 per year. Budgeted Funds — Streets/Grounds Maintenance Division/Repairs & Maintenance. 3. RESOLUTION R-42-25: Rejecting Bids Received on February 6, 2025 for the Bridge and Levee 50 Maintenance Repairs Contract and Rebid this Item at a Later Date 4. RESOLUTION R-43-25: Approving Task Order No. 17 with FGM Architects, Inc. for Professional Architectural Services Related to 678 Lee Street, Oakbrook, Illinois in the Amount of $195,500. Budgeted Funds — Facilities Replacement and Professional Services. 5. RESOLUTION R-44-25: Approving a Master Contract and Task Order No. 1 with Hampton Lenzim and Renwick, Inc. for Professional Engineering Services 6. RESOLUTION R-45-25: Approving a Resolution for Motor Fuel Tax Improvements Under the Illinois Highway Code 7. RESOLUTION R-46-25: Awarding the Bid for the 2025 Sign Replacement Program to Misfits Construction Company, Chicago, Illinois in the Amount of $658,034. Budgeted Funds — Capital Projects/Grant Projects/Capital Project Fund Balance. 8. RESOLUTION R-48-25: Waiving the Responsible Bidder's Ordinance in the Best Interest of the City and Awarding the Bid for the 2025 Parkway Restoration and Planting with Installation Services Contract to Uno Mas Landscaping, Elgin, Illinois per Unit Prices Submitted in the Amount of $141,655.
