RESOLUTION R-4-24: Awarding the Bid for the Public Works Building Boiler Replacement and Main Garage Infrared Heat Installation to R.J. O’Neil, Inc., Montgomery, Illinois in the Amount of $351,750. RESOLUTION R-5-24: Awarding the 2024-2026 Landscape Maintenance for City-Owned Greenspace Contract to Beary Landscaping, Inc., Des Plaines, Illinois in the 2024 Amount of $205,731; 2025 Amount of $210,242; 2026 Amount of $214,379 with additional labor cost as needed per budgeted funding. RESOLUTION R-15-24: Approving the 2024 Estimate of Maintenance Costs and Adoption of the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Resolution for Maintenance Under the Illinois Highway Code 17. RESOLUTION R-16-24: Approving an Emergency Interconnect Water Service Agreement with the Northwest Water Commission 18.
