RESOLUTION R-69-24: Waiving the Competitive Bidding Process and Approving the Purchase of a 2024 Ford F-150 Pick-Up Truck from Bob Riddings Ford, Taylorville, Illinois in the Amount of $51,129. RESOLUTION R-70-24: Approving a Professional Services Agreement with Ravenswood Event Services, Inc. for Bar Management, Staffing, and Point of Sale Operation Services at the Taste of Des Plaines on June 13- 15, 2024 7. RESOLUTION R-71-24: Awarding the Bid for Nuisance Abatement Services to Clauss Brothers, Inc., Elgin, Illinois in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $40,000 8. RESOLUTION R-72-24: Awarding the 2024 Fiberized Asphalt Crack Sealing Program Contract to Denler, Inc., Joliet, Illinois per unit prices submitted in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $100,000.
