RESOLUTION R-191-23: Awarding the Bid for Aggregate Materials and Spoils Disposal Contract to Berger Excavating Contractors, Inc. Wauconda, IL in the Three-Year Amount of $1,386,125. Funding Source - Water/Sewer and General Fund (Street Maintenance). 7. RESOLUTION R-192-23: Approving Emergency Water Main Service Invoices from Core & Main, LP, Carol Stream, IL in the Amount of $51,269.60 and Approving Additional Materials on an as-needed basis, in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $150,000. Funding Source – Water Fund, Contingency. 8. RESOLUTION R-193-23: Approving Emergency Service Invoices from MQ Construction, Chicago, IL in the Amount of $97,254.22 and Approving Additional Services on an as-needed basis, in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $250,000.
