Source - Facilities Replacement Fund.
4. RESOLUTION R-189-23: Awarding the Bid for the 2024-2025 Purchase of Unleaded Gasoline and Diesel
Fuel to Al Warren Oil Company, Inc., Hammond, IN in the Amount of $562,500. Budgeted Funds –
General/Vehicle Maintenance, Water, and Sewer Funds - $355,000 for Gasoline; $207,500 for Diesel.
5. RESOLUTION R-190-23: Authorizing the Reinstatement of a Business Registration for the Psychic Studio
Previously Located at 1645 E. Oakton Street. Proposed Location is 656 W. Algonquin Road.
6. RESOLUTION R-191-23: Awarding the Bid for Aggregate Materials and Spoils Disposal Contract to Berger
Excavating Contractors, Inc. Wauconda, IL in the Three-Year Amount of $1,386,125. Funding Source -
Water/Sewer and General Fund (Street Maintenance).
7. RESOLUTION R-192-23: Approving Emergency Water Main Service Invoices from Core & Main, LP, Carol
Stream, IL in the Amount of $51,269.60 and Approving Additional Materials on an as-needed basis, in an
Amount Not-to-Exceed $150,000. Funding Source – Water Fund, Contingency.
8. RESOLUTION R-193-23: Approving Emergency Service Invoices from MQ Construction, Chicago, IL in the
Amount of $97,254.22 and Approving Additional Services on an as-needed basis, in an Amount Not-to-Exceed
$250,000. Funding Source – Water Fund, Contingency.
9. RESOLUTION R-194-23: Approving Change Order No. 2 to the Aggregate Materials and Spoils Disposal
Contract, Year Three with John Neri Construction, Co., Inc., Addison, IL in the Amount of $125,000. Funding

10. RESOLUTION R-195-23: Approving a New Three-Year Master Contract with Ritter GIS, Livonia, MI for

for the Rand Road over Des Plaines River, Elk Boulevard to Ballard Road Project. Estimated Cost to the City
