A considerable portion of our time is being spent on plans for the Orchard Place Street Improvements. A traffic count was taken at !land load and Third Avenue. I have asked the Police Department for a traffic accident report, and as soon as I have received it, I will submit it, along with the traffic count, to the State to ask for their approval. I hope that the traffic count plus the accident report will justify traffic lights.
