MTNUTES: It was moved by Alderman Shillington, seconded by
Alderrian Vright that the Minutes of the regular
meeting of May 1, 1967, be approved as published.
Alderman Shillington corrected the Minutes as follows: Add separate
paragraph before Adjournment on Page Nine - "Alderman Shillington's
request for Speed Lirlit signs and School Crossing signs to be placed
on Algonquin Road between Mt. Prospect Road and Wolf Road, was referred
to rlayor }'ehrel to contact the State Highway Department re same."

CALL TO ORDER:
The regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Des Plaines was called to order by Mayor Herbert
II. Behrel at 8:10 P.M. The meeting opened with a
prayer by Vicar
Bruce Jeske of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church,
followed by the
pledge of allegiance to the flag.
ROLL CALL:
Roll Call indicated the following aldermen present:

Seitz, Shillington, Michaels. Alderman Rateike
arrived at 8:15 P.M. Absent was Alderman Figard.
