4. RESOLUTION R-54-20: Waiving Competitive Bidding Requirements and Approving the Lowest Quote for
the Des Plaines Theatre South Roof Replacement Project with L. Marshall, Inc., Glenview, IL in the Amount
of $250,000. Budgeted Funds – TIF District #1 Fund/R&M Buildings & Grounds.
5. RESOLUTION R-55-20: Waiving Competitive Bidding Requirements and Approving the Lowest Quote for
the Des Plaines Theatre Structural Steel Purchase with Hillstone Structural Services, Oswego, IL in the
Amount of $144,260 Plus a 2.5% Contingency for a Total Purchase Order of $147,866.50. Budgeted Funds –
