RESOLUTION R-32-20: Award Bid for City Hall 6th Floor Masonry Repairs to Low Bidder Safeway Tuckpointing Company, Rolling Meadows, IL in the Amount of $152,250 with a Contingency for Capstone Removal and Replacement in the Amount of $40,000. Budgeted Funds – Facilities & Grounds/R&M City Hall and General Fund/Contingency. 4. RESOLUTION R-33-20: Approve Purchase of a Three-Ton Asphalt Hot Box through Sourcewell Contract #052417-FRM from Midwest Paving Equipment, Glen Ellyn, IL in the Amount of $29,954. Budgeted Funds – Equipment Replacement Fund. 5. RESOLUTION R-34-20: Approve Intergovernmental Agreement with the Village of Elk Grove for an Emergency Water Main Interconnection Located Along Old Higgins Road as Part of the Proposed Touhy Avenue Reconstruction Project from Elmhurst Road to Mount Prospect Road 6. Minutes/Regular Meeting – January 21, 2020 7. RESOLUTION R-35-20: Award Bid for the 2020 Purchase of Hot Mix Asphalt to Low Bidder Arrow Road Construction Company, Elk Grove Village, IL, per Unit Pricing in the Not-to-Exceed Amount of $195,000. Budgeted Funds – Street Maintenance Supplies/Street R&M in the Amount of $125,000 and Capital Projects Supplies/Capital Maintenance in the Amount of $70,000. 8. RESOLUTION R-36-20: Award Bid for the 2020 Asphalt Crack Sealing and Concrete Joint Sealing Contract to Low Bidder Denler, Inc., Mokena, IL per Unit Prices Submitted in the Not-to-Exceed Amount of $100,000. RESOLUTION R-37-20: Approving Task Orders #10, 11, and 12 with Architectural Consulting Group, Ltd., Barrington, IL in the Amount of $80,475, Which Includes an Allowance of $50,000 for Future Des Plaines Theatre Design Items.
