are extremely good. In fact, it can almost be called a certainty, barring
a catastrophe of some kind such as a power failure, tornado, etc. There-
. fore, knowing that it is necessary to notify the papers in advance of their
publication deadline, and also being fully aware of the need for lifting the
total ban on garden and lawn sprinkling now in effect, I wish to state
through the papers that an announcement will be made over WIND with respect
to lifting of the total ban.
If it is decided that it can be lifted, we will 'make the announcement
over WIND and the regulation will then be the one that prevailed previously,
to wit:.tbose having an even house number will be permitted to sprinkle on
even days of the month, and those having odd house numbers, on odd days of
the month.
