Behrel at 8:05 P.M. The meeting opened with a prayer by Rev. John McLorraine, pastor of st. Emily's church, followed by the pledge of allegiance to the flag. OPEN BIDS: It was moved by Alrterman Figard and seconded by Aldcr~an Martin that the City Clerk be authorized and directed to open the bids recei~ed for the iurchase of two automohiles for the Police J1epartment.
