SMSA, LP d/b/a Verizon Wireless, LP, Basking Ridge, NJ and Approving a License Agreement Template for
Other Providers Seeking the Same Agreement and Allowing the City Manager to Execute Such Agreement
2. RESOLUTION R-110-19: Approving the Acceleration of the Water Meter Replacement Program in the
Amount of $500,000 from Authorized Distributor, Core & Main, Carol Stream, Illinois. Budgeted Funds –
Water System/Miscellaneous Contractual Services in the Amount of $250,000 and Water Meters in the
Amount of $250,000.
3. RESOLUTION R-111-19: Approving a Proposal from Civiltech Engineering, Inc., Itasca, Illinois, in the Not-
to-Exceed Amount of $72,625.00 for Additional Required Design Work on the Rand Road Sidepath Project
(Task Order No. 4 to Master Agreement). Budgeted Funds – 2019 Capital Projects/Professional Services.
4. RESOLUTION R-112-19: Awarding the 2019 Parking Structure Maintenance Repairs Contract to Low
Bidder Western Specialty Contractors, Chicago, IL in the Amount of $184,410. Budgeted Funds – TIF
District #1/R&M Buildings & Structures.
5. SECOND READING – ORDINANCE M-14-19: Approving a New Class A Liquor License for Taqueria
