Authorize City to assign Limited Obligation Tax Increment Financing Revenue Note with River Mill, LLC (contained in their Redevelopment Agreement approved by the City Council on February 5, 2001 - Resolution R-18-01 for the development of a condominium building at River Road and Mill Street) to Norwood Partnership, LLC, 250 S. Northwest Highway, Suite 300, Park Ridge, IL 60068; and Check #263794 be reissued to Norwood Partnership, LLC in the amount of $40,879.04 in partial payment of redevelopment costs (recommended by Assistant City Attorney) 6a. RESOLUTION R-98-08/Assignment of Revenue Note, River Mill to Norwood Part. 7. Accept proposal from SPACECO, Inc., 9575 W. Higgins Road, Suite 700, Rosemont, IL 60018, to provide professional engineering and surveying services for the design of Central Road Bike Lane Improvements from Timothy Lane to East River Road in the not -to -exceed amount of $78,052.34/Capital Projects Funds; and City Manager and City Clerk be authorized to execute necessary documents (recommended by Director of Engineering) 7a. RESOLUTION R-99-08/Design Services, Central Road Bike Lane Improvements 8. Accept proposal from Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc., 850 Forest Edge Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061, to provide topographic surveying and drafting services for street and underground utility work proposed in the 2009 Capital Improvement Program, in the amount of $49,155/Capital Projects Funds; and Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute necessary documents (recommended by Director of Engineering) 8a. RESOLUTION R-100-08/Surveying & Drafting Services, 2009 Capital Imprv. Prog. 9. Accept proposal from Studio Prague Construction Corporation, 962 Rose Avenue, Des Plaines, to replace joists and structural headers in the north section of 1842 Miner Street deemed necessary as a direct result of the Levee 50 partial demolition and reconstruction of this part of the building, in the amount of $11,000; the City of Park Ridge is responsible for 35% of this land rights mitigation cost as per the 1997 Des Plaines River -Rand Park Flood Control Project Sponsorship Agreement (approved by the City Council on July 21, 1997 - Resolution R-33-97); final cost to the City will be $7,150/Capital Projects Funds (recommended by Director of Engineering) 9a. RESOLUTION R-101-08/Levee 50 - 1842 Miner Street Building Restoration 10. Authorize Mayor and City Clerk to execute "Agreement for Enforcement of Municipal Ordinances on Private Property" for police, traffic and parking enforcement for property located at 1070, 1080 and 1090 Oakton Street (FaithfulWorks, LLC) (recommended by City Attorney) 10a. RESOLUTION R-102-08/Vehicle Enforcement Agreement, 1070-1090 Oakton Street 11. Authorize purchase from sole source provider, Priority Dispatch, 139 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84111, of software package for emergency medical dispatch program in the amount of $14,640; and authorize purchase from sole source provider, Enroute Emergency Systems, LLC, Sun Trust Financial Center, Suite 1500, 401 E. Jackson Street, Tampa, FL 33602, of a CAD Program in the amount of $4,650; for a total cost of $19,290/Budgeted Funds (recommended by Director, North Suburban Emergency Communications Center) lla. RESOLUTION R-104-08/Software, North Suburb. Emergency Communications Center 12. Accept proposal from W. S. Darley Company, 2000 Anson Drive, Melrose Park, IL 60160, for purchase of nineteen (19) sets of replacement Turnout Gear, in the amount of $35,433.10/$30,000 from CDBG Program Grant Funds and $5,433.10 from Budgeted Funds, plus shipping; and it would be in the best interest of the City that usual bid procedures be waived (recommended by Fire Chief) 12a. RESOLUTION R-106-08/Bid Award, 2008 CIP Rear Yard Drainage Improvements 14. Approve Change of Ownership for Class A - Tavern Liquors Dealers License for property located at 1141 Lee Street, d/b/a Restaurant "Mehanata;" contingent upon verification of background check (recommended by Mayor's Office) 15. Authorize City Clerk to advertise for bids for Underground Irrigation System, returnable by 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 2, 2008 (recommended by Director of Public Works) 16.
