Concur with recommendation of Des Plaines Zoning Board of Appeals, re Zoning Case 08 -25 -CU, to grant request for Conditional Use, with conditions, to permit the expansion of an existing house of worship in R-1 Single -Family Residential District on property located at 946 Thacker Street (recommended by Senior Planner) 5a. Award bid for Downtown Banner Replacement to the second lowest bidder, Temple Display, Ltd., 114-C Kirkland Centre, Oswego, IL 60543, in the total bid amount of $37,162.60/TIF District #1 Funds (lowest bidder took exceptions to bid specifications) (recommended by Director of Pub. Works) 10a. RESOLUTION R-94-08/Bid Award, Downtown Banner Replacement 11.
