12/17/1984 Public Hearing B245-B MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING HELD IN THE ELEANOR ROHRBACH MEMORIAL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, DES PLAINES CIVIC CENTER, MONDAY DECEMBER 17, 1984 CALL TO ORDER: The Public Hearing held in pursuant to legal notice to ROLL CALL: consider the proposed issuance by the City of Des Plaines of its $1,750,000 Economic Development Revenue Bond with the proceeds thereof to be loaned to Inter- state Steel Co., to finance the construction and equipping of a facility for use as an industrial facility; the facility consists of the construction of a new building adjacent to the Borrower's existing facilities at 401 East Touhy Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois; was called to order by Mayor John E. Seitz at 8:24 P.M. in the Eleanor Rohrbach Memorial Council Chambers, Des Plaines Civic Center. Roll call indicated the following aldermen present: Muehlenbeck, Kolinski, Bonk, Martin, Wetter, Schneck, Kisslinger, Adams, Hardiman, Dini, Chiropolos, Addante, Zanca, Volberding, Gebert. Alderman Ward was absent. Mayor Seitz asked if there was any public input regarding this matter. There was none, so the Public Hearing on this matter was adjourned at 8:25 P.M.
