Absent was Alderman Wetter. Also present were: City Treasurer Swanson, City Comptroller Blietz, Fire Chief Gedroic, Police Captain Clark, Acting Health Director McIntosh, Acting City Engineer Crowley, Municipal Development Department Director Richardson, Superintendent of Streets Kozlinka, Administrative Assistant Taylor, and City Attorney Smith. PRAYER AND PLEDGE: MINUTES: The opening prayer was given by Pastor Paul Haberstock, Immanuel Lutheran Church, followed by Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Moved by Dini, seconded by Kehe, to approve Minutes of the regular meeting of the City Council held July 5, 1983, as published. Motion declared carried.
