CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Mayor Herbert H. Attorney Dowd made a verbalmeport on two suits and regarding two homes on Circle Avenue. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The motion was made by Alderman Prickett and seconded by Rateike to approve the minutes of February 20, 1961. Corrections made that two liquor applications be referred back to the -License and Inspection Committees. The motion was voted upon by acclamation. BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS REPORT: Alderman Rateike, secretary of the Board of Local Improvements made the following' report: "Your Committee on Streets and Traffic at a meeting of the Board of Local Improvements referred the following matter to your committee. Investigate the possibility of a turn around at the South end of Illinois Street. Also contact the Park Board for sidewalks' in this area,•also Public Service for road improvements to their Sub Station. This project to be done at the time SA 175 is being done.
