Moved by Bonk, seconded by Addante, to adopt the recommendation of the Public Works Committee that City Attorney be authorized to prepare a two year lease with Community Cab at the Transit Center at a fee of $450 per month; lease to include: review and renewal provisions, unattended cabs- shall not be parked anywhere on Transit Center property, only two attended cabs will be parked on Transit Center property at any one time while await- ing fares, no maintenance of cars may be performed on Transit Center property, and oil -dry substance will be placed twice monthly where cabs are parked while waiting for fares.
