Seitz at 8:04 P.M. in the Eleanor Rohrbach Memorial Council Chambers, Des Plaines, Civic Center on Monday, March 16, 1987. The opening prayer was given by Father Edward Buenger, Chaplain at the Holy Family Health Center, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. ELMHURST: recommendation of the License & Judicial Committee to grant request for Class A Liquor License for property located at 865 S. Elmhurst Road, Lee's Mandarin House, and City Attorney be authorized to draft necessary ordinance. Motion declared carried. SIDEWALKS Moved by Adams, seconded by Wetter, to adopt the recom- CONDITIONS: mendation of the License & Judicial Committee that Ordinances M -10 -87 and M -11 -87 be adopted at appropriate time this evening re notice to the City of unsafe side- walk conditions by property owners, and City Engineer's authority to request sidewalk repair by the property owners.
