Memorial Council Chambers, Des Plaines, Civic Center on
Monday, December 1, 1986.

CIVIC CENTER, MONDAY, DECEMBER 1, 1986
Roll Call indicated the following Aldermen present:
Muehlenbeck, Koplos, Volberding, Bonk, Martin, Wetter,
Schneck, Kisslinger, Adams, Hardiman, Gebert, Sarlo,
Addante, Hervas, Zanca. Alderman Chiropolos was
absent.
Also present were: City Comptroller Peters, Commissioner of Public
Works Matula, Fire Chief Clark, Police Chief Kozenczak, City Engineer
and Acting Municipal Development Department Director Shrake, Human
Resources and Services Department Director Donahue, Administrative
Officer Wildenberg, and City Attorney Smith.
The opening prayer was given by Pastor Dennis Virte,
Evangelical Free Church, followed by the Pledge of
Allegiance to the Flag.
Moved by Sarlo, seconded by Bonk, to approve Minutes
of the regular meeting of the City Council held
November 1/, 1986, as published. Corrections: Roll
Calls on Pages 1 and 2 should show Aldermen Martin and
Chiropolos as absent not voting nay. Following
correction, motion declared carried.
BILLS PAYABLE: Moved by Muehlenbeck, seconded by Schneck, to adopt
the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DES PLAINES THAT THE FOLLOWING
BILLS ARE DUE AND PAYABLE AND THAT THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK BE AND ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR
SAME. Total: $541,749.83. Upon roll call, the vote
was:

LEE & HARDING: recommendation of the Finance Committee to accept
proposal from Rossetti Contracting Co., Inc., 4050
Industrial Avenue, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008, in the
amount not to exceed $15,000 for emergency sewer
repair on the corner of Lee Street and Harding Avenue.
