Seitz at 8:10 P.M. in the Eleanor Rohrbach Memorial Council Chambers, Des Plaines Civic Center on Monday, March 17, 1986 ROLL CALL: PRAYER AND PLEDGE: MINUTES: AMENDMENT TO M- 15 -86: 28. Alderman Koplos called a point of order stating that zoning matters cannot be reconsidered. The Chair then ruled the motion out of order.
