Amendment to the City Code to comply with State Statute changes adding the Fire Chief as an ex -officio voting member to the Foreign Fire Insurance Tax Board and directing submittal of foreign insurance funds directly to the local Foreign Fire Insurance Tax Board. 2a. ORDINANCE M-26-10/Foreign Fire Tax Board Amendment 3. Accept proposal from URS Corporation, 100 South Wacker Drive, Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60606, in the amount of $1,121,444.95 for construction engineering services on the Des Plaines River Road Reconstruction Project. This project will be funded from Capital Projects Fund. 3a. RESOLUTION R-84-10/Construction Engineering Services for Des Plaines River Road Reconstruction 4. Waive Normal Bidding Process (to ensure uniformity of parts) and Approve Purchase of Replacement Fire Hydrants on an "As Needed Basis" from HD Supply, 220 South Westgate Drive, Carol Stream, Illinois 60188 in the total amount of $42,300.00. This project will be funded from budgeted Water/Sewer funds. 4a. RESOLUTION R-85-10/Purchase of Replacement Fire Hydrants from HD Supply 5. Award Bid for Library Deck Caulking to Architectural Sealants, Inc., 9232 Gulfstream Rd. Unit B, Frankfort, Illinois. Budgeted Funds - TIF #1 -Downtown Cost Center, $85,000. 5a. RESOLUTION R-86-10/Library Deck Caulking Bid Award 6. Waive Normal Bidding Process (due to emergency nature of purchase) and Accept Proposal from Martam Construction, 1200 Gasket Drive, Elgin, Illinois 60120, in the total amount of $16,695.00 for the Purchase of Emergency Replacement Water Tank Valve. This project will be funded from budgeted Water/Sewer funds. 6a. RESOLUTION R-87-10/Emergency Replacement of Oakton Water Tank Valve 7.
